Choosing between Cambridge IGCSE, the International Baccalaureate Diploma and Advanced Placement courses is one of the most important decisions for international school students. Each programme has a different structure, assessment style and university recognition.
Cambridge IGCSE is typically taken by students aged 14 to 16. It offers a broad curriculum with flexible subject choices and is assessed mainly through final examinations. IGCSE is excellent preparation for A Level, IB Diploma or national pre-university programmes.
